The Mt. Pleasant Church Family: Who are we?

We are people just like you who come from all walks of life. Some of us have been in the Church of God (Anderson, IN) all our lives, while some of us have come from other church/faith backgrounds. There are those who call Mt. Pleasant home, that before they came, never had any church experience. What makes us family is one thing: our belief in Jesus Christ.

As followers of Christ we strive to serve God the best we can. Do we always get it right? No. But we serve a loving and merciful God, and keep striving, nonetheless, to live lives that please Him and serve Him.

As followers of Christ, we have hope…not only a hope for eternal life in heaven with God, but a hope on this earth, knowing that we never face life’s challenges alone. We believe God is always with us, through his Holy Spirit, and we are also here for one another through encouragement and prayer.

If you are looking for change in your life, or just need some hope, we invite you to visit Mt. Pleasant. We don’t have all answers, but we know the One who does!
